Meet Taylor

Taylor Munsell is the author of Touch of Death, a Georgia Peach Book Award nominee that blends dark magic, sharp edges, and the power of being truly seen. She lives and writes in the misty mountains of North Carolina, where the forests often inspire the worlds she creates.

In addition to her work as a novelist, Taylor has professional experience in publishing, giving her a unique perspective on both the creative and business sides of storytelling. She is also the Executive Director of a speculative fiction writing workshop, where she helps connect writers with community, mentorship, and craft guidance.

When she’s not writing, Taylor can usually be found with a snack in hand, curled up with a book, or off chasing adventures—whether hiking a mountain trail or diving into a favorite game.
